Yoga

We offer various Yoga Classes that includes:

Hatha

practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises and movements), good for clients that like a relaxed style, where poses are held longer. Hatha yoga assists with bringing peace to the mind and body and prepares the body for deeper practices.

Candlelight and Lavender Oil Flow

a great combination that starts with Vinyasa Flows and ends with Restorative asanas. This class is a candle lit practice that ends with the soothing scent of lavender oils to complete a relaxing and calming experience.

Vinyasa Flow

practice of asanas (yoga postures), with synchronized movements and breathing that assist with a continuous flow from one asana to another. Vinyasa Flow is great for increasing the heart rate, strengthening the body including the core and assisting with flexibility.

Barre and Yoga Combination

This is a wonderful combination of barre for strength and toning along with yoga for grounding and centering that will assist with having a strong body and mind. This practice will start with 50 minutes of barre and 20minutes of yoga-based stretches.

Restorative

an amazing gentle, relaxing, passive style that allows clients to relax and release the body into a gentle asana that’s held for 5 to 10 minutes. This practice includes supporting props, which include blankets, blocks, and bolsters which are provided to assist with completely letting go. Restorative is a great stress reliever after a long day.
